Chryssy joined USAA in 2010. She is a part of the HR Talent Acquisitions Team, which plays an integral role in supporting the military veteran and military spouse candidate pool. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, Chryssy helps support projects aimed at increasing workplace awareness and resources to improve efforts to hire and retain veterans, service members, and their families. Chryssy supports USAA’s military spouse hiring initiatives and partners on military hiring programs while assisting as a consultant in implementing and establishing benchmark strategic solutions focusing on business needs to increase retention and military and military spouse representation. Chryssy’s support helps improve understanding of the unique experiences and struggles of the transitioning military community and their families.
