What was the biggest transition headache?
The hardest part of transitioning from the military to civilian life is finding a way to translate the skills you learned in the military into meaningful civilian employment.
What skills did you bring with you?
The marines taught me the following skills: Leadership, accountability, ethics, high work ethic, chain of command, setting a good example and confidence to complete the mission at hand.

What advice would you give to other transitioning military members?
Understand that the skills and disciplines you have learned in the military are very valued by employers. Tradesman like, electricians, HVAC technicians and plumbers are secure ways to build a career and are in high demand throughout the United States.
